On October 14, the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) opened in Guangzhou. HiTHIUM was invited to participate in the opening ceremony. After the ceremony, Premier Li Qiang visited HiTHIUM’s booth during a tour of the Canton Fair’s enterprise pavilion. HiTHIUM CEO and Chairman Jason Wang received him and reported on the company’s long-duration energy storage innovations and global expansion.

As a major platform for global trade cooperation, this year’s Canton Fair brings together merchants and industry players from around the world. At the show, HiTHIUM is showcasing its full-scenario integrated solutions, highlighting its product portfolio and technological exploration across diverse application scenarios, connecting global markets with long-duration energy storage solutions and injecting new momentum into the global green energy transition.

Committed to Global Layout, Building Differentiated Competitive Advantages

During the report, Jason Wang introduced that HiTHIUM, founded in 2019, is the only company among global GWh-level lithium battery shippers fully focused on energy storage, which is its core development strategy. As a leading player in the industry, HiTHIUM ranked second globally in energy storage battery shipments in 2025 and the first half of 2026, providing full-scenario integrated energy storage solutions to customers worldwide. In its international expansion, the company follows the principle of “strength at home, strength abroad,” adheres to differentiated value competition rather than low-price involution, and focuses on high-barrier overseas markets such as Europe, the US, and Australia.

On technology innovation and product layout, Jason noted that new energy storage has been listed among the six emerging pillar industries in the 15th Five-Year Plan. HiTHIUM began forward-looking R&D in long-duration storage in 2022, launched the industry’s first 1,000Ah-class long-duration storage cell in 2023, and has now developed to a 1300Ah 8-hour dedicated storage cell with a mature 8-hour long-duration storage system. Beyond lithium products, the company continues to enrich its integrated products, launching in September a new-generation sodium-ion integrated solution featuring the ∞Cell N785Ah large-capacity sodium-ion battery and the ∞Power N4.0MWh sodium-ion storage system, with a 30-year design life and 20,000 cycles, further advancing its lithium-sodium synergy technology layout.

Integrated Products on Display, Multi-Scenario Solutions Empowering Global Green Transition

From core cells to large-scale storage systems, and to C&I and residential storage products, HiTHIUM is demonstrating its full-scenario integrated products, deepening the integration of storage technology with different energy scenarios.

At the booth, HiTHIUM is highlighting its key long-duration innovation — the world’s first native 8-hour long-duration storage solution, ∞Power 6.9MWh 8-hour system. Featuring the world’s first 1300Ah dedicated long-duration cell and co-designed cell-system architecture, it delivers over 6.9MWh capacity and 8-hour stable output in a 20-foot standard container, with a 25-year design life. The system supports flexible deployment, reduces auxiliary power consumption and improves balancing capability through streamlined structural design and intelligent control optimization, achieving dual improvements in operational efficiency and project economics. It also integrates multi-level safety protection and adopts low-GWP coolant and recyclable structural components, balancing safety, reliability and environmental friendliness.

In the residential segment, HiTHIUM is showcasing a series of products including the HeroEE M8 AIO, HeroEE 16 and HeroEE M30, fully demonstrating its integrated residential storage solutions covering diverse home application scenarios. Among them, the HeroEE M8 AIO integrates PV access and storage management in an integrated design, delivers 5kW output power, and provides a plug-and-play clean power solution for households in remote areas. The HeroEE 16 and HeroEE M30 feature large-capacity design and integrated capabilities, balancing capacity expansion and flexible deployment to meet households’ daily power consumption and backup needs while also adapting to the power management requirements of small C&I scenarios.

From product export to integrated overseas expansion, from technology innovation to global synergy, HiTHIUM is continuously exploring new paths for Chinese energy storage companies to participate in the global energy transition. Looking ahead, HiTHIUM will further deepen its global layout, advance localized operations and industrial chain synergy, and connect global markets with innovative technology, reliable products and excellent service, contributing to global energy security and green low-carbon development.
